Mt. Clemens Montessori provides a broad and
meaningful education for our children which
creates a foundation for a lifetime of learning. Our
children learn how to learn and they also
enjoy learning as they become independent,
self-directed and secure individuals.
Extended Care Program
Mt. Clemens Montessori offers Extended Care before
and after classroom hours. Based on the Montessori
philosophy, our Extended Care combines an enriched
environment with the needs of our extended stay
students first and foremost. Snacks, naps for
younger children, and extra curricular activities
such as sports and social clubs for the older
children are provided. Homework time is encouraged
for the students after they have been able to
release their excess energy from the afternoon
classroom session.
Extended Care Hours: 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
After School Activities
After school enrichment classes are offered to our
students. These enrichment classes are
organized by our staff. Offerings have
included:
- Basketball
- Soccer
- Volleyball
- Tennis
